QUESTIONS ABOUT FINANCING?
Straight answers about the process, documentation, timing, and what A&A Prestige does and does not do.
What does A&A Prestige do?+
A&A Prestige helps business owners and real estate investors organize a financing request, review the supporting information, and identify potential capital sources among participating capital providers. Financing decisions are made by the capital provider, not by A&A Prestige.
What types of financing can I explore?+
Business funding, equipment financing, commercial real estate, bridge and private lending, construction and development, DSCR and rental property, fix-and-flip, and other specialty financing categories.
Does checking my options affect my credit?+
No. The preliminary analysis on this site does not perform a credit inquiry. A participating capital provider may request a credit review later in its own underwriting process, with your authorization.
Is approval guaranteed?+
No. A&A Prestige does not guarantee approval, rates, terms, closing, or funding. Every opportunity is subject to underwriting, verification, and the requirements of the participating capital provider.
What documents will I need?+
Requirements vary by program. Common items include recent business bank statements, government-issued ID, business formation documents, and — for real estate — a property description, purchase or refinance details, and a budget or scope of work.
How long does the initial review take?+
Initial reviews are handled during standard U.S. business hours. Timing depends on the financing category, the completeness of your documentation, and current volume.
Is my information secure?+
Your submission is stored in an access-controlled system, and documents are handled through secure storage. Information is shared with matched capital providers only in accordance with the consent you provide.
I am a lender. How do I receive opportunities?+
Apply to the A&A Prestige Capital Partner Network and submit your product, geography, size, leverage, credit, and revenue criteria. Matching is based on the criteria your organization provides.
